TAMPA, Fla., May 22--
San Antonio-based Dahill , a Global Imaging Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: GISX) core company, won the Chairman's Trophy, the top award at the Seventh Annual Global Leaders Conference this past weekend.
The Chairman's Trophy is awarded annually for outstanding performance as measured by revenue growth, operating income growth, and the growth in cash flow, return on assets and return on investment. Tom Johnson, president and CEO of Global Imaging Systems, said, "Dahill was unbeatable this year, having just missed our top award a year ago. Dahill continues the standard of excellence set by previous years' winners."
Dahill is a Global Imaging Systems' core company serving middle-market customers in east, central and south Texas from offices in San Antonio, Austin, Bryan/College Station, Tyler, Laredo, Harlingen, McAllen and the newest addition, Corpus Christi. The competition, in its 19th year, is designed to select the best local and regional radio commercials, audio programs and web sites created by advertising agencies, audio production companies and radio stations in the United States. The creative commercials were written by Hunter Barth, Inc., as part of an ongoing campaign that began in November 2001, using former San Antonio Spurs basketball superstar, David Robinson as a spokesperson for Dahill.
