We are seeking a Branch Administrator to join our Houston Galleria Branch.

 

Duties:

• Supports sales department by preparing proposals, obtaining lease buy outs and lease approvals from leasing partners. 


• Reviews new hire packet with new employees, completes all required forms and sends to Human Resources for processing.


• Verifies sales orders are complete and accurate prior to preparing  staging ticket. 

 

• Reconciles discrepancies, ensuring that all delivered items are included, backorders listed, any differences are explained, and any changes to items on sales order is accounted for. 


• Manages the lease approval process and verifies  customer information provided by rep matches the customer legal name. 

 

• Obtains lease approvals and forwards completed sales packet to San Antonio (HQ).


• Ensures that sales orders, maintenance agreements, commission sheets, etc. are signed and dated by sales reps, sales managers and service mangers.


• Coordinates with Customer Service to address any customer related problems.


• Manages front desk and ensures incoming calls are answered and properly routed.


• Greets customers timely and professionally.  (May serve as back up support  for the receptionist, covering breaks, lunches and absences.)


• Obtains meters reports from customers throughout the month and submits to San Antonio for billing.


• Submits  payments to San Antonio (HQ) for processing.


• Researches problem accounts as requested.


• Adheres to all company/department policies and procedures.


• Works to support peers in attaining their goals.


• Works to support other departments in attaining their goals/objectives.


• Responds to requests of peers and other departments in a timely manner.


• Works in a manner to build team spirit, pride and momentum.

 

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED
• 2 years experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking administrative role supporting 10+ people.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral, verbal and wriitten communication skills.
• Able to think critically to solve customer issues.
• Able to make independent decisions.
