Service equipment with minimal supervision in an efficient and timely manner. Identify and resolve technical issues. Install, replace, and repair multi-function copiers, and printers at customer's location.
Maintain proper inventory levels of assigned tools and parts in personal vehicle. Participate in quarterly inventory checks with service deparment.
Provide excellent customer service to Dahill prospects, customers, and/or vendors. Prioritize and respond to incoming service calls according to level of severity, geography, and/or time of call.
Ensure service tickets are complete, indicating technical issue and turned in daily.
Communicate estimated resolution time and educate customer on techical services rendered.
Maintain technical publications up to date to complete service calls.
