Absolutely! Our "Common Sense - Total Satisfaction Guarentee" maintenance agreement is what makes us get nationwide recognition. If you are not totally satisfied, Dahill will, at your request, replace your equipment with a machine of comparable performance and features at no additional cost. Ask for complete details of the "Common Sense" Total Satisfaction Program.

How can I enter my Meter Reading?

You can always apply for the automated meter readings and never have to do this manually again. If you prefer to enter your meter reading you can follow our quick and easy 2 step process. Step 1 is to tell us who you are and step 2 will be where you can enter your meter reading. You will receive an email from us that we have received your entrance.

Can you automate my meter readings?

eXpressMeters is part of Dahill's Image Care Management Program whereby we collect meter readings from all our Dahill printers, scanners and multi-function devices, to ensure accurate and measureable billing.

eXpressMeters is software that will be installed on your server or a local computer to capture meters from networked and non-networked printers. Click to apply, and an Image Care Specialist will contact you to start the installation process.

How can I get Dahill to work remotely on my equipment?

Do you need a quick solution to a technical problem? With our live remote-assistance tool, a member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution. A member of our support team will talk with you first to determine the nature of the problem. You will find the answers to security questions and system configuration requirements on our FAQ page. You can also view a demonstration of a screen-sharing session.

How does Remote Support work?

Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed to our remote support page on the website. After your support representative provides you with a unique connection code. You will then enter the code and click the Click Here button to initiate the screen-sharing session.

 

You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in

 

With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

 

You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
