What is Remote Desktop Support?
GoToAssist is the secure CITRIX platform Dahill uses to offer remote desktop support to our customers. You will be asked to enter a one-time-use secure code to initiate the screen-sharing session, at which time you will be prompted to download a small plug-in.
With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
You always have overriding and full control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
